Independent technical consultancy working across hardware and software product development. It trades as Dronewest for UAV design, integration, testing and consulting, and as PC FIX-IT, which is back in business with 3D printing, CNC and enterprise IT alongside computer repair. Built the CleanSpot autonomous cleaning drone and backpack prototypes, developed the MechanicManager workshop management platform, and delivered geospatial tooling covering 3D model streaming, shapefile processing and ground control points.

Assembled, commissioned and maintained specialised subsea electronic systems. Ran preventative maintenance programs, sourced and fabricated replacement components, and worked directly with clients on technical requirements.

Responsible for all UAV service operations. Manages drone projects end to end, including pilot teams, and has secured contracts with major mining and construction companies. Built out advanced capabilities in photogrammetry, volumetric mapping and confined space flight, and delivers training and support to clients on site.

Managed quality assurance, proof-of-concept testing and product certification. Produced and maintained technical documentation and ensured products met industry standards, including compliance testing and regulatory submissions.

Carried out site surveys, UAV trial projects and custom payload development. Managed cloud service deployments for customers, provided on-site technical support, and migrated clients onto new platforms.

Combined technical support with sales engineering for UAV systems. Ran product demonstrations and trial projects, maintained and customised drone products, and trained customers for field operations.

Designed and deployed client network infrastructure, ran security audits covering backups and remote access, and managed radio frequency compliance. Provided remote IT support across international sites and managed third-party software rollouts.

Ran daily operations for a retail electronics store, covering sales, customer support, inventory and in-store repairs, and trained new staff. Built the customer-facing and technical sales skills that carried into later roles.

Owned and operated a full-service IT business for homes and small businesses. Designed and delivered network solutions including mesh Wi-Fi, business phone systems, server deployments and security camera installations, with support both on site and remote. Held a repeat customer rate above 80 percent and developed custom software for small business clients.
